Job summary

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $38.15 with a sign-on bonus and quarterly incentive options. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with second shift hours; benefits start after 30 days and include PTO, 401(k) matching, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with heavy- and medium-duty equipment repairs.
• Basic diagnostics and repairs including electrical systems.
• Must have or be able to obtain CDL Class A within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical problems using diagnostic tools.
• Interact with drivers to determine issues and document work.
