The chosen candidate will schedule, train, and evaluate personnel, work with vendors, and push for expanded market opportunities while maintaining a safe, clean shop environment. On-site position with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on medium and heavy duty diesel truck mechanic experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Proficiency with computer diagnostics and shop software

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise activities of all assigned personnel
• Hire, train and evaluate personnel
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work environment
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee repairs
• Assist with performing complex duties as necessary
