Responsibilities include scheduling staff, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Diesel mechanics experience with supervisory duties is required, CDL preferred, and extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on diesel truck mechanic and supervisory experience.
• CDL license preferred.
• Flexible with shifts and weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise activities of all assigned personnel.
• Provide supervision and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Hire, train and evaluate personnel.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee external repairs.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to associates.
• Train new and existing employees on policies, safety, and duties.
• Assist in mechanical duties as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Adhere to company and OSHA guidelines.
