Starting pay ranges from $27.55 to $41.35 per hour depending on experience, with tool and boot allowances, comprehensive healthcare, tuition assistance, and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Safety checks on vehicles to ensure crew and community safety.
• Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times.
• Assist senior Mechanics in project completion.
• Review or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
