United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Service Tech IV to maintain and repair complex diesel equipment with minimal supervision. You will uphold safety and quality while supporting customers and the service team.

Responsibilities include documenting work orders, traveling to job sites as needed, and assisting with training junior technicians. A strong emphasis on teamwork and communication is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Ability to travel to customer job sites as needed.
• Own tools applicable to position.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
• Travel to customer job sites for repairs when required; keep service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians.
• Maintain paperwork for work orders daily.
• Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
