Taylor Shellfish Farms in Shelton, Washington, is seeking a journeyman level technician to maintain, repair, and service company boats, trucks, tractors, and equipment. Qualifications

• Valid Washington driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 8+ years of applicable experience preferred.
• Experience with diesel and gasoline engine repair.
• Experience with hydraulics and electric controls.
• Experience with marine/heavy equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and measuring tapes.
• Must supply personal tools.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, on call, and travel.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong decision-making, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills for work orders (Mpulse).

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair company vessels, machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on ships and equipment.
• Report needed repairs to Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with company policies.
• May work at other sites, including out of town or state.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
