The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty line equipment such as large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical systems with troubleshooting skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and other equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel equipment, heavy equipment, and specialty line equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas related equipment.
• Use hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain equipment performance.
• Stay flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide mechanic’s tools of the trade when needed.
