Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment.

You will work on various makes and models in a safety-focused environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 5+ years of Technician experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and make complex repairs on equipment to avoid downtime
• Our fleet varies by location and includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment
• Work in a safety-focused environment with a team of people
