Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of diesel technicians, ensuring trucks and equipment stay safe, reliable, and ready for service. You’ll coach technicians, promote a strong safety culture, and develop future leaders while partnering with Operations to support daily service commitments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep diesel knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in heavy‑duty diesel maintenance.
• Two+ years in a lead/ supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Diesel Technician teams and oversee daily shop operations.
• Develop technicians and promote safety culture.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance to maximize uptime and availability.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time and meets standards.
