H&R Agri-Power is seeking a Service Technician to perform mid-level and advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on farm equipment. You will work under the Service Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and safe operation of equipment.

The role requires 3+ years as a Diesel/Heavy Equipment Tech, a High School diploma or equivalent (degree preferred), and a valid driver’s license. You should be able to operate power tools safely and communicate with customers about repairs and timelines.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Diesel/Heavy Equipment Tech.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Heavy Equipment or Diesel Tech degree preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and identify mechanical defects on farm equipment.
• Repair components of diesel engines, hydraulics, AC, electrical, and suspension systems.
• Perform mid-level and advanced repairs to restore operation.
• Conduct periodic maintenance and fluid checks.
• Communicate with customers on repairs, prices, and timelines.
