Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering operations, tooling, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading tooling, fixtures, prototype builds, and processing improvements.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation and manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development for GPM Advanced Tooling and Manufacturing Operations across multiple product brands.
• Oversee day-to-day tooling and fixture fabrication, prototype shop activities, and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities to align with engineering and business needs.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility, accountability, and throughput.
