Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering operations, tooling, manufacturing, or related technical operations.
• Experience leading tooling, fixtures, prototype builds, and low-volume or special manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional project execution.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for Advanced Tooling and Manufacturing Operations across GPAG, LP Implements, and CE product groups.
• Lead implementation of non-current and emergency parts manufacturing including process definition and resource planning.
• Oversee tooling, fixture design, prototype shop activities, and material handling equipment.
• Establish governance for work intake, status updates, prioritization, escalation, and closure standards.
• Coordinate priorities across product groups to optimize capacity, schedule, and resource utilization.
