Qualifications

• Journeyman level technician in die maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly skilled repair, maintenance, and adjustment of production dies and molds.
• Conduct precision grinding and tooling adjustments to address wear and tear on dies.
• Troubleshoot die-related issues on the production floor and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve die performance and longevity.
