Mill Rock Packaging Inc. is seeking a Die Cutter Operator III to set up and operate die cutting equipment for high-quality folding carton products. You will troubleshoot, optimize and maintain dies, working to minimize downtime and waste while meeting customer specs.

You will train and mentor junior operators, supporting production excellence across the department and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Adept at working with hand tools and basic machines.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions and specs.
• Able to learn and use basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up all sections of die cutter, including feed, die, counters, stripping and blanking.
