Job summary

Autajon Packaging Thoro in Corona, CA is seeking a Senior Lead for the 3rd shift. You will oversee die cutting floor operations, manage safety and quality, and coach operators to maximize output while minimizing waste.

This role requires at least 3 years operating a die cutting machine and 2–3 years in a supervisory role. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience operating a die cutting machine.
• 2-3 years' experience in supervisory/lead role.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ISO 9001, safety and quality standards; report nonconformance.
• Oversee 3rd shift personnel, safety and daily production.
• Provide clear communication to internal and external customers; manage handovers.
• Assign tasks based on strengths and workloads; mentor staff.
• Provide timely conflict resolution and support to team.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and material issues.
• Set up, operate and monitor die cutting equipment; notify defects.
• Perform preventive maintenance on die cutting equipment.
• Report safety issues and ensure proper documentation.
