Radwell International is seeking a Diagnostic Repair Supervisor to lead a team of technicians responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and validating industrial electronics and automation equipment. You will serve as both a people leader and technical resource, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality repairs while supporting continuous improvement.

The role involves leadership across Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to meet performance objectives in safety,

Qualifications

• Experience leading repair/production teams in industrial electronics.
• Strong electronics troubleshooting and repair background.
• Ability to mentor technicians and drive safety, quality goals.
• Familiarity with quality systems and performance metrics.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technicians and support staff.
• Direct daily repair and diagnostic operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and customer goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work to maximize resource utilization and on-time completion.
• Mentor technicians and transfer knowledge across skill levels.
• Maintain and improve work instructions, repair procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service to improve performance.
• Review warranty returns and ensure proper evaluation and disposition.
