Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Sales Ambassador for Western Michigan and the UP to represent the Core Laboratory Diagnostics brand with existing customers and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on developing solutions, strengthening loyalty, and renewing contracts while expanding value through strategic account plans.

The position requires strong customer engagement, technical product support experience, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
5+ years of relevant lab instrumentation experience or related field.
Experience providing technical product applications and/or hardware support.
Experience interfacing with customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to travel up to 80% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted partner to existing customers, building promoters and retention.
Manage development of accounts per strategic plans, focusing on value expansion and profitability.
Perform assay integrations and support lab technical needs.
Improve customer satisfaction to drive retention and value expansion.
Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes.
Assess customer operations for opportunities to improve service.
