Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in San Antonio is seeking an experienced sonographer responsible for performing diagnostic sonographic examinations. The role includes operating ultrasonic equipment, recording pertinent data, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of diagnostic ultrasound experience, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is capable of maintaining confidentiality. This full-time position operates from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, at the San Antonio, TX location.

Qualifications

• Five years of diagnostic ultrasound experience is required.
• Ability to instruct patients on proper positioning for imaging.
• Ability to work independently or with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasonic equipment in various modes.
• Evaluate and record anatomical and pathological data.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment appropriately.
