Job summary

Experience and education requirements include completion of an accredited ultrasound program, with a preference for one year of ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent is preferred.
• One-year ultrasound experience is preferred.
• Must be eligible to acquire ARDMS or Ultrasound Registry (ARRT-S) with registry acquisition within two years.

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for procedures.
• Performs assigned duties promptly and efficiently.
• Maintains a good working relationship with co-workers and University Health employees, patients, doctors and guests.
• Promotes the UHguest program.
