Job summary

Gritter Francona seeks a Senior Policy Analyst to support a potential project that manages the process for determining a service member's fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and at least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing large staff, with strong QA and policy planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• PMP OR Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• At least 5 years' experience overseeing large groups of staff.
• Prior experience maintaining quality assurance and initiating policy planning.
• Knowledge of activities associated with DoD disability evaluations highly preferred.
• Experience with implementing DoD/VA policies and federal regulations highly preferred.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Policy Analyst to support a new, potential project. This Policy Analyst will support a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member’s fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
