Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support a new project focused on assessing fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability within a DoD/VA policy framework.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and at least five years leading large teams, with QA and policy planning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• At least 5 years' experience overseeing large groups of staff/personnel.
• Prior experience maintaining quality assurance and initiating policy planning.
• Knowledge of DoD disability evaluations highly preferred.
• Experience implementing DoD/VA policies and federal regulations highly preferred.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Policy Analyst to support a new, potential project. This Policy Analyst will support a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member’s fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• PMP OR Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
• At least 5 years' experience overseeing large groups of staff/personnel
• Prior experience maintaining quality assurance and initiating policy planning
• Knowledge of activities associated with DoD disability evaluations highly preferred
• Experience with implementing DoD/VA policies and federal regulations highly preferred
