• Experience with regulatory requirements (medical preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead DFM evaluations for elastomer components and assemblies.
• Develop detailed cost models for prototype through full production.
• Define manufacturing strategy, tooling options, and scale-up plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Process, Tooling, and Quality teams.
