Job summary

World Services LLC seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead design and advisory strategy for transforming Navy/NAVAIR programs to secure, automated CI/CD pipelines aligned with DevSecOps and ATO requirements. On-site support at multiple Navy/NAVAIR locations is required, with collaboration across program offices and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes architecture leadership, security integration, and change enablement to deliver scalable modernization in secure government environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 12+ years of systems architecture, cloud, or DevSecOps experience.
• Experience with DoD/NAVAIR programs and security requirements.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling, IaC, and containerization.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end DevSecOps and CI/CD architectures for Navy aviation systems.
• Define roadmaps from manual change management to automated pipelines.
• Align architecture with RMF and DoD 800-53 compliance frameworks.
• Lead IaC and cloud-architecture initiatives; govern pipeline usage.
• Engage senior stakeholders and coordinate across engineering and security teams.
