Job summary

Las Vegas Sands Corp. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Principal DevSecOps & Release Engineer to architect and implement comprehensive DevSecOps practices across casino systems.

You will design secure, scalable deployment pipelines and ensure regulatory compliance, reliability, and performance in multi-tenant environments. The role requires deep knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI), security integration (SAST/DAST), IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 10+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps or Release Engineering in large-scale systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Strong knowledge of release management, versioning, change control, rollback strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and implement a robust DevSecOps strategy.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls.
• Lead secure release planning, versioning, change control, and rollback processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and security.
• Oversee multi-tenant deployment strategies and platform observability.
