TekWissen Group seeks a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer to lead security-focused enhancements across the SDLC and internal developer platform tools. You will collaborate with software teams, design secure delivery pipelines, and mentor engineers to improve performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years as a DevOps engineer or in a development/lead capacity.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitLab.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure team productivity.
• Design and implement secure development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Integrate and manage SDLC tools across build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Work with cloud platforms and IaC to improve security and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with security threats and propose enhancements.
• Act as SME on DevSecOps platform capabilities and training.
