Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Manager in New York City, hybrid, to lead multiple DevSecOps teams across traditional and AI workloads. You will ensure secure, compliant software delivery, formalize AI governance, and drive security across the SDLC and AI model lifecycle.

You will oversee architecture, security tooling, and pipeline automation while collaborating with engineering leadership to embed security from design through deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience leading security teams of 5+ engineers across multiple infra areas.
• Proven ability to interact with senior/executive management and align security with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead DevSecOps teams across traditional and AI workloads.
• Implement automated security scanning in CI/CD for AI artifacts and models.
• Define AI governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
