Job summary

NetServices (NSI), now a subsidiary of Synergy ECP, seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support cloud architecture, CI/CD automation, system security and deployment efforts across secure development environments.

The role requires DoD 8140 compliant certifications, TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance, 10+ years in IT, and experience with AWS or Azure, Python, PowerShell and Groovy along with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Active Directory, LDAP and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8140 compliant (Security+ CE certification).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and test automation.
• Experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, and Groovy.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Active Directory, LDAP, Identity Management.
• Experience with Rancher and Kubernetes.
• Experience with API Gateways and service catalogs.
• Strong system testing and validation experience.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• Agile experience.
• Ability to decompose work into Jira stories.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud architecture, CI/CD automation, system security and deployment efforts across secure development environments.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable deployment pipelines.
• Decompose work into actionable Jira stories and maintain documentation.
