Job summary

M9 Solutions in Washington, DC, is seeking a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer I to support a government contract onsite. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

You will build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for .NET, integrate security across the development lifecycle, mentor teams on secure coding, and uphold essential personnel continuity.

This role offers a competitive federal contracting package, with a salary range of $170,000 to $220,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• BA/BS in an IT-related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
• Certification meeting DoD 8140 (e.g., Security+, Cloud+, CySA+ or higher).
• 5+ years of DevSecOps Engineer experience, or similar.
• Experience in design, deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise development security platforms and CI/CD in on-prem & cloud environments across multiple classification levels.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects of similar size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and implement security best practices for .NET frameworks.
• Ensure integration of security throughout the development and operations lifecycle.
• Provide advanced technical capability to mentor development teams on secure coding practices and maintain compliance with client requirements.
• Establish and maintain client trust with knowledge, skills, and innovative solutions fitting client needs.
• This position is essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during outages or emergencies.
