Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field; a Master's is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of DevSecOps, software development, or cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Experience with federal or defense contracts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security measures within the DevOps pipeline.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to automate security processes and tools.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and threats to proactively enhance security measures.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for DevSecOps.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards, including maintaining TS SCI W/ CI Poly security clearance.
