Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join an on-site team supporting OpenShift platforms and a private cloud. The role emphasizes automation, security, and collaboration with cross-functional SAFe teams.

Must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance. You will implement IaC, manage pipelines, and ensure compliance for government/IC environments, including 90% SCIF work at multiple U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven DevSecOps experience with Linux and container platforms.
• Experience deploying apps into Kubernetes environments, preferably OpenShift.
• Experience with open-source deployments and maintenance in gov/IC environments.
• Ability to work with a geographically distributed team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain OpenShift private cloud environments.
• Create automated, repeatable environment creation using IaC tools (Ansible, Chef, etc).
• Build and maintain automated DevSecOps pipelines with Argo CD and GitLab.
• Monitor and troubleshoot across stack from bare metal to applications in OpenShift.
• Support security controls, patching, documentation, and remediation; ensure ATO compliance.
