Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer III to design, build, and maintain a stable, scalable infrastructure across production, QA, and development environments throughout the software lifecycle. You will implement automated infrastructure capabilities, monitor deployment pipelines, and apply a consistent DevOps approach to ensure end-to-end quality and security across functions.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, IAT Level 2 certification, and strong Linux/Windows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or similar).
• 7+ years as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar, focusing on infra automation, scalability, and reliability across the SDLC.
• Experience with deployment/configuration management tools (Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, Ansible).
• Experience with version control tools (GIT, Bitbucket, SVN, CVS).
• Work with network, database, cloud and data center operations, and security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows OS.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, Java, SQL, C++).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve build, packaging, and deployment processes.
• Implement automated infrastructure capabilities like backups, security tools, and monitoring.
• Apply a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions.
