Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze complex software solutions. You will review system architecture, mentor junior developers, and engage in client-facing technical discussions.

The role is hybrid, onsite three days a week, with strong emphasis on DevOps, AWS, and modern programming languages. Required: Master’s or Bachelor’s in a tech field with substantial experience; TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a tech field plus 10 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree in a tech field plus 13 years of relevant experience; or 18 years of relevant experience without a degree.
8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or a related field.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: DevOps, AWS Suite and AWS Lambda, Software engineering, Agile leadership, Groovy, and/or DynamoDB, Node.js, Typescript, Go, Python, and/or React; Leading software developers with hands-on keyboard experience; client interaction and requirement understanding.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze complex software solutions.
Review system architecture and select/integrate development and support tools for optimal performance.
Mentor junior developers and make technical decisions for the team.
Engage in client-facing communications and represent the team on technical matters.
