Job summary

Kelly Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security into software development, CI/CD, and infrastructure operations. You will secure cloud infrastructure (principal emphasis on Microsoft Azure) and implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible in hybrid environments.

You will lead secure pipeline design, automate security testing, and mentor juniors while coordinating with global teams for secure, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, IT, or related roles with DevOps/DevSecOps focus.
• 3+ years hands-on DevSecOps experience.
• Strong security principles including encryption, auth, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Integrate automated security testing (SAST/DAST/SCA) and security gates.
• Secure cloud infrastructure with emphasis on Azure and hybrid environments.
• Implement IaC and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Apply security best practices to Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation.
• Implement security monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Enforce security policies for provisioning, configuration, deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure releases.
