Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join the Platform Services team within the Raytheon Digital Technology Organization. The role is hybrid with regular onsite work and possible travel, reporting to the Platform Services Manager.

You will develop and deliver DevSecOps, MBSE, DEE, and ODC capabilities across unclassified and classified environments, while sustaining existing systems and contributing to roadmaps and customer-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or Coverity.
• Experience with Containers (Docker, Podman, Singularity) and Git.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new DevSecOps, MBSE, DEE, and ODC capabilities.
• Sustain existing capabilities (e.g., upgrade packages, improve automation).
• Provide support for Unclassified and Classified Environments.
• Leverage technical expertise to provide input on future strategies and roadmaps.
• Assist with maintaining our approved container catalog.
