Job summary

Client Solution Architects is currently seeking a Computer Programmer Engineer III to support a program onsite in San Diego, CA. This role focuses on secure software delivery pipelines across multiple DoD domains, leveraging DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and cross-domain integration within ACS and CHE platforms.

The candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, conduct automated testing, and ensure DoD cybersecurity requirements (RMF, STIGs) are met throughout the software

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience in software development utilizing Agile frameworks to design, develop, and deliver software capabilities to production environments.
• Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying DevSecOps principles in highly regulated government or DoD-mandated environments.
• Minimum Two (2) years of demonstrated experience coding, integrating, and maintaining resilient software architectures designed for challenging operational environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C, Go, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure software delivery pipelines that operate across multiple classification domains.
• Apply modern DevSecOps practices and containerized architectures in production environments.
• Participate in the complete software delivery lifecycle from design to production deployment.
• Collaborate within Navy ACS/CHE PaaS environments and DoD platform integration initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with RMF and STIGs and integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines.
