Black Duck Software, Inc. seeks an experienced Sr DevSec Engineer, Cloud Operations (FedRamp) to own and operate our global SaaS/Hosted platforms on Google Cloud Platform. You will design, secure, and automate cloud infrastructure, focusing on availability, performance, and compliance for enterprise customers worldwide.

The role emphasizes hands-on GCP expertise, containerization, GitOps, and AI-assisted automation to accelerate incident response and improve documentation quality.

Qualifications

7+ years of 24x7 production operations for a SaaS/cloud service.
Strong information security and compliance knowledge (SOC2 Type 2, ISO-27001, NIST 800-53).
Hands-on Google Cloud Platform expertise including GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, IAM.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain resilient, secure, highly available SaaS and Hosted infra on GCP.
Design and manage secure GCP networking (VPC, peering, Interconnect, DNS, firewall).
Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and incident response using CI/CD and GitOps.
Monitor and troubleshoot via Cloud Monitoring/Logging; optimize load and costs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services; enable production features.
Develop automation and runbooks; leverage AI/LLM tools for scripting and docs.
Ensure information security and compliance with ISO, SOC2, and NIST standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
