Job summary

PMAT is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support engineering and integration of mission-critical software across containerized, VM, cloud-based, and PaaS environments in DoD contexts.

You will work across complex DoD environments and security domains to deliver secure software delivery and CI/CD pipelines, enabling interoperable systems for critical defense platforms in DDIL, afloat, and ashore settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of full-lifecycle software development across containerized, VM, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience configuring security tools as CI/CD quality gates in DoD pipelines.
• Experience engineering interoperable systems across DDIL, afloat, ashore environments and Five Eyes interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Support full-lifecycle software development across containerized, VM, and cloud-based architectures.
• Configure and integrate automated security testing tools within CI/CD pipelines (SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Support DevSecOps pipelines and security gates in regulated DoD environments.
• Engineer and troubleshoot interoperable software systems for defense platforms.
• Work within DDIL, afloat, and ashore PaaS environments and support Navy USMC interoperability.
