Leidos is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer in Oklahoma City to strengthen security within the DevOps lifecycle for a large Air Force weapons system program. Qualifications

• US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI prior to start date
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years; additional experience may substitute
• DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II or higher
• Strong understanding of software development paradigms and supporting technologies (CI/CD, Jira or Gitlab)
• Strong background using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
• Strong experience configuring CI/CD pipelines in a DevSecOps environment
• Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server)
• Experience administering Linux and Windows, networking, and security concepts
• Experience integrating security tooling into a hybrid cloud environment
• Experience provisioning hybrid IaaS/Cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible
• Experience integrating Azure services into solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of security practices within the DevOps pipeline for DoD applications
• Evaluate and select security tools, integrating them into CI/CD workflows
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and penetration testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote secure coding practices and incident response plans
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to share knowledge
• Drive automation of security testing and compliance using IaC and security tools
• Stay current with DevSecOps trends and security best practices
• Assess, design, develop, test, and implement BC/DR solutions in a complex environment
