Fuze Health is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. You will define DevSecOps strategy, elevate cloud and application security, and lead secure-by-design infrastructure across AWS/GCP. This hands-on role thrives in regulated environments and shapes architecture at scale.

You will mentor engineers, implement policy-as-code, and drive secure CI/CD with IaC pipelines, IAM controls, and zero-trust practices to protect patient data and compliance posture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software, infrastructure, or security engineering with DevSecOps background.
• Deep cloud expertise in AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong experience securing containerized/Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation) and securing IaC pipelines.
• Knowledge of application security, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding.

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure, cloud-native systems in AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures.
