Job summary

Lockheed Martin's JASSM Enterprise Software (JES) program seeks a on-site DevSecOps engineer in Pennsylvania to maintain pipelines, support local development environments, and coordinate with Fielding and Operations for timely releases.

You will work with cross-functional teams across multiple sites, implement cloud security practices, and contribute to test signing and DevSecOps documentation, with a path toward TS/SCI eligibility.

This role requires US citizenship and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of modern DevSecOps tools and practices, including Docker/podman, Kubernetes, Openshift, Gitlab CI
  • Knowledge of cloud computing design and security principles
  • Experience with various programming languages, including C, C++, Python, PowerShell, Typescript, C#, or Java
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, including tools such as Jira, AzureDevOps and Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Maintain JES portfolio application pipelines and test and integration environments
  • Support developers in maintaining their local development environments, particularly in installing and maintaining local software and connectivity to supporting software
  • Coordinate with Fielding and Operations team on delivery schedules and provide release candidate builds for testing and signoff
  • Maintain DevSecOps documentation for internal use and communication with other technical functions within the JES program

JASSM Enterprise Software (JES) was developed to improves quality and speed in targeting and strike planning solutions across multiple 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (363 ISRG) production units and the Standoff Munitions Application Centers (SMAC).

THE WORK
  • Maintain JES portfolio application pipelines and test and integration environments.

Who We Are

As part of the C4ISR Weapons Platform Integration (WPI) team, you will support on-site DevSecOps for target & strike planning operations as part of the JASSM Enterprise Software program. Reporting to the DevSecOps lead, you will work with cross-functional, multi-site teams and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment and adept at working with geographically dispersed teams. Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge of modern DevSecOps tools and practices, including Docker/podman, Kubernetes, Openshift, Gitlab CI

  • Position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge managing/developing cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience supporting teams with requirements interpretation, interface definition and testing
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • Experience integrating DevOps tools into end-to-end pipelines
  • Security +
  • Experience working with Vaults / removing passwords from source and at rest configs
  • Hands-on experience with static/dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST) tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx, OWASP ZAP)
  • Familiarity with container security (e.g., Trivy, Aqua, Twistlock, and runtime protection)
  • Knowledge of secret-management solutions (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault)
  • Experience with Government IL6 cloud environments (Examples: Cloud One, CloudWorks)
  • Able to obtain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
