Virtuous is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen security across products, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery. You will partner with Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Architecture, and Security to embed security by default, automate defense, and reduce security debt.

The role emphasizes solving security problems through code, automation, and engineering, rather than manual gatekeeping, with a focus on scalable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, securing, and modernizing Azure environments in SaaS settings.
• Proven ability to integrate security into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with DevSecOps capabilities (SAST/DAST, secrets management, software supply-chain security).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Azure cloud architectures, networking, governance, and infrastructure.
• Strengthen cloud security posture with RBAC/PIM, Azure Policy, and automated guardrails.
• Improve security visibility via logging, SIEM integrations, and monitoring.
• Embed security into engineering workflows and ensure secure-by-default patterns.
