Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to lead AWS-based infrastructure, security, and software delivery practices. You will build secure, scalable cloud environments and strengthen governance and compliance across the organization.

You will design and manage IaC using Terraform, Docker, and Lambda, and develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to improve developer productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or infra roles with AWS expertise.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker and serverless architectures (Lambda).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• DevSecOps practices including security scanning and compliance automation.
• Familiarity with cloud governance, cost optimization, and architectural best practices.
• AWS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

This role will focus on building secure, scalable AWS environments, improving CI/CD and automation, and strengthening cloud governance and compliance using technologies such as Terraform, Docker, and GitLab. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Security teams to establish best practices, improve developer productivity, and drive the organization’s overall cloud and DevSecOps strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles, with deep AWS expertise.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and serverless architectures, including Lambda.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management, preferably using GitLab.
• Expertise in DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and compliance automation.
• Familiarity with cloud governance, cost optimization, and architectural best practices.
• AWS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders effectively.
