You will collaborate with stakeholders to design modern engineering, automation, and delivery practices, guiding teams toward reliable, secure, and scalable DevSecOps outcomes. You will shape the technical roadmap, provide solution development leadership, and deliver artifacts and roadmaps tailored

Competenze

• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years software development experience with 5+ years in DevSecOps CI/CD.
• 3+ years developing cloud-native software solutions (AWS preferred).
• Certifications in software development, DevSecOps, or cloud-native architecture.

Mansioni

• Design and communicate DevSecOps automation strategies for legacy-to-cloud modernization.
• Build roadmaps and artifacts tailored for customer consumption.
• Guide engineering teams on CI/CD pipeline modernization, security integration, and cloud deployment.
• Evaluate legacy mainframe workflows and prototype modernization feasibility and value.
• Continuously assess modernization progress across development, deployment, security, and monitoring workflows.
