• Proven ability to define architectural strategies and lead large‑scale modernization efforts.
• Experience establishing governance, security controls, and enterprise standards across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the end‑to‑end DevSecOps architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities and AI‑driven initiatives.
• Modernize the software engineering ecosystem by transitioning from legacy tools to cohesive, cloud‑aligned platforms such as GitHub.
• Establish and maintain enterprise standards, governance models, and security controls across engineering tools and processes.
• Design scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines that boost productivity and enable secure, high‑velocity delivery.
• Lead tooling backlog resolution with architecture‑led solutions, not reactive support.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and platform teams for seamless integration across the DevSecOps ecosystem.
