Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Principal ALM DevSecOps Architect (Finance) to define and implement a modern DevSecOps architecture accelerating AI and digital engineering initiatives. You will lead the modernization of tooling, establish enterprise standards, and design automated CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, high‑velocity delivery across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevSecOps architecture, modern development platforms, and cloud‑native engineering practices.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, automation frameworks, and next‑gen tooling such as GitHub/GitHub Actions.
• Ability to define architectural strategies and lead large‑scale modernization efforts.
• Experience establishing governance, security controls, and enterprise standards across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the end‑to‑end DevSecOps architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with AI‑driven initiatives.
• Drive modernization of the software engineering ecosystem by transitioning to cohesive platforms such as GitHub.
• Establish and maintain enterprise standards, governance, and security controls across engineering tools and processes.
• Design scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines to enhance productivity and secure delivery.
• Provide architectural leadership to resolve tooling/workflow backlog with sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and platform teams for seamless integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to keep the environment future‑ready.
