Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps architecture, modern development platforms, and cloud-native engineering practices.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation frameworks, and next-gen tooling such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, or similar ecosystems.
• Proven ability to define architectural strategies and lead large-scale modernization efforts.
• Experience establishing governance, security controls, and enterprise standards across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end DevSecOps architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities and AI-driven initiatives.
• Drive modernization of the software engineering ecosystem by transitioning from legacy, fragmented tools to cohesive, cloud-aligned platforms such as GitHub.
• Establish and maintain enterprise standards, governance models, and security controls across engineering tools and processes.
• Design scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines that boost developer productivity and secure, high-velocity delivery.
• Provide architectural leadership to resolve tooling and workflow backlog with sustainable, architecture-led solutions.
