Job summary

WhiteBIT invites a Senior Developer Advocate to join our global fintech team. You will own API change requests, propose API improvements from partner feedback, and ensure accuracy of guides and quickstarts through direct collaboration with developers and partners.

You will mentor junior DevRels and contribute to the safety and quality of AI/agent surfaces where applicable. Join a fast-growing Web3-enabled fintech company that values transparency, speed, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Senior DevRel experience in crypto/fintech or B2B APIs.
• Deep REST and WebSocket API knowledge.
• Hands-on changes to quickstarts and SDKs.
• Experience drafting API improvement proposals with evidence.
• Credible in senior partner conversations and escalation.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong technical writing for partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the CR flow and approve API changes.
• Propose API improvements from partner and internal feedback.
• Advocate API correctness for guides and quickstarts.
• Own safety for AI/agent surfaces when in scope.
• Maintain quickstarts and SDKs; mentor juniors.
• Manage partner calls and escalate issues.
