Captivation Software, located in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Software Integration Engineer 3 - DevOps to serve as the primary customer-facing operations contact, triaging requests, gathering and scoping requirements, and providing standby support for critical tasks. This senior role requires TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship. The ideal candidate has extensive Linux experience, scripting in Shell/Python, CI/CD with GitLab, IaC with Ansible, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years hands-on experience in software integration, installation, configuration, upgrading, and support of COTS/GOTS in diverse OS environments.
• Five years of direct related work experience can substitute for a degree; additional experience may substitute for degree as allowed.
• Master's Degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Industry certifications may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer-facing operations point of contact for integration efforts.
• Triage requests, gather and scope technical requirements, and provide standby support for critical tasks.
• Coordinate with mission customers to ensure timely delivery and problem resolution.
• Support provisioning, system monitoring, and ongoing integration efforts across Linux environments.
