Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a skilled DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines in Needham, MA. You will manage tools like Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and HashiCorp Vault while advancing cloud deployments on AWS with IaC.

We expect 4–8 years of experience, strong Python scripting, and hands-on automation; familiarity with AI-assisted tooling is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in DevOps or Platform/Cloud Engineering.
Hands-on experience administering enterprise DevOps platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault.
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Git workflows, and GitHub Actions.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure automation.
Strong programming and automation skills using Python, with Bash and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
Experience with SSO, identity management, security integrations, and secrets management.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions.
Administer and maintain the DevTools ecosystem including Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, and HashiCorp Vault.
Manage platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and DevOps best practices.
Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Deploy and support cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code.
Implement and manage secrets management, authentication, and security integrations.
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
Utilize AI-powered engineering tools to improve automation and developer productivity.
Stay current with DevOps, Cloud, Security, and AI best practices and contribute to modernization initiatives.
