Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a well‑rounded DevOps/Platform Engineer to join our Boston/Needham on‑site team. The role requires 4–8 years of DevOps/platform engineering experience and the ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Boston or Needham, MA.

Candidates must be local and eligible for W2 employment. Responsibilities include designing and supporting enterprise DevOps platforms, maintaining Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira/Confluence Cloud, and vault-based secret management, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4-5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform/Cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on with enterprise DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Artifactory, Vault.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, SDLC, Git workflows, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud automation.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Administer and maintain the DevTools ecosystem (Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Artifactory, Vault).
• Manage platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions.
• Administer and maintain the DevTools ecosystem, including Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Manage platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and DevOps best practices.
• Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.

• Utilize AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other LLM-based solutions to improve automation, developer productivity, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Stay current with DevOps, Cloud, Security, and AI engineering best practices and contribute to platform modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands‑on experience administering enterprise DevOps platforms including Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Git workflows, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Strong programming and automation skills using Python, with experience in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Experience implementing SSO, identity management, security integrations, and secrets management solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, platform integrations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
